Thomas Townsend Brown born March 18, 1905 in Zanesville, Ohio died October 22, 1985

He was a leading american physicist in his field. He created theories about electromagnetic and gravitational fields and the link between the two, as theorized by Dr. Albert Einstein. He tested his theories by building solid, disc-shaped devices which appear to create and use localized gravitational fields. The work of Brown became controversial due to the fact that his work, and the way certain observed UFO's seemed to fly, looked similar.

Brown and his family have spent nearly a quarter of a million dollars of their own money on research and experiments since 1923. This utterly strange phenomenon, the Biefeld-Brown effect has been shown very little attention by electronic literature because of the fact that Brown released little information and did not release many or any scientific papers on the subject.
